Hi, I’m Tana Goertz, and I help people turn their passion into purpose, their purpose into profit, and their dreams into reality. I’m a businesswoman, motivational speaker, life coach, and author and I’ve spent over two decades guiding individuals and organizations to real, measurable success. My clients have saved over $600 million thanks to the strategies, tools, and mindset shifts I teach.

I’m also an author of multiple self-help books designed to inspire, empower, and equip people to live their best lives. I’ve written a children’s book (no longer in production), contributed to an anthology alongside legendary speakers like Jack Canfield, Brian Tracy, and Les Brown, and recently released my award-winning memoir, “From the Basement to the White House”, sharing my journey of resilience, reinvention, and relentless determination.

You may also know me from NBC’s The Apprentice and Fear Factor, where I became a household name for my bold personality, fearless drive, and ability to deliver results under pressure. But my real passion has always been helping others succeed whether that’s launching a thriving business, finding the love of their life or clarity and confidence stepping into their purpose.

Through my coaching, speaking, and books, I give people practical strategies, inspiration, and motivation to create lasting change. My signature programs, including “The Art of Being Unforgettable” and “God Will Never Fire You”, empower people to overcome obstacles, build momentum, and achieve both personal and professional breakthroughs.

I live in Iowa with my husband and am the proud mother of two grown children. My mission is simple: to help people show up authentically, lead boldly, and live the life they were made for, one fearless step at a time.
